• Receive, screen and route incoming mail to the appropriate staff
• Arranging travel and related itineraries and bookings
• Recording and preparing minutes of meetings
• Schedule, and prepare materials for meetings and workshops
• Other general office duties including light cleaning
Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook; Internet Explorer etc.
• Typing 40-60 wpm
