Math for Love Curriculum

These books consist of lessons organized for an 8-day, 3-hour per day summer program. The lessons can be easily reordered and used to supplement a math curriculum during the school year.

This curriculum makes heavy used of manipulatives! Many of them are common, but some are more specialized. Each grade level has a list of reccommended manipulatives.

4th Grade
Recommended manipulatives: Prime Climb, Cuisenaire Rods, Pattern Blocks, Square Tiles, Ten Frames, Snap Cubes, Dominoes, 2-color counters, Dice (6-sided and 10-sided).

5th Grade
Recommended manipulatives: Prime Climb, Cuisenaire Rods, Pattern Blocks, Square Tiles, Ten Frames, Snap Cubes, Dominoes, 2-color counters, Dice (6-sided and 10-sided).
